VEKA, a family-owned uPVC extrusion manufacturer with over 55 years of heritage and operations across 40+ countries, needed a complete go-to-market framework for the UK. Despite their global scale, rigorous quality standards (BSI Kitemark, ISO 9001:2015), and established reputation through VEKA, Halo and OMNIA systems, they needed to strengthen their position in both installer and end-user markets.
We built VEKA's digital presence from scratch - a modern website and innovative visualiser tool allowing customers to upload photos of their homes and apply different window and door styles in real-time. This became both a design tool and lead generator. Alongside this, we developed a comprehensive commercial strategy defining their route into the commercial market, created a structured installer proposition with partner levels, and delivered complete brand styling with supporting collateral including film, CGI, brochures, social assets, motion graphics and specification documents.
Strengthened VEKA’s position in the UK by aligning brand, digital experience and commercial strategy into a unified go-to-market approach. The visualiser enhanced customer engagement and conversion opportunities, while the installer proposition and commercial framework clarified pathways for growth. The result is a more connected, scalable platform that supports continued expansion across installer and end-user markets.
