Wienerberger needed a health & safety film that would cut through the noise of standard compliance messaging and land with genuine emotional impact — changing behaviour by making people feel the consequences of complacency, not just understand them.

We developed a narrative-led film built around five relatable characters, each facing the everyday temptation to take a shortcut. By mirroring their workplace decisions with moments from their lives outside work, we made the consequences deeply personal — a formal warning that could cost you your job, a hearing loss you'll never recover, a father in a wheelchair, a mother reaching for an inhaler, a family receiving the worst news of their lives. Because the cost of not following protocol isn't just professional. It's personal.
